Consent to Receive SMS Messages

By providing your phone number on any Visionary Automotive form — including our login page, service request forms, and free quote intake form — you consent to receive text messages from Visionary Automotive LLC. Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Opt-In Process

Customers provide their phone number and see SMS consent language before submitting any form. Below are screenshots of the actual opt-in points on our platform:

1. Service Request / Intake Form

2. Customer Portal Login — Sign-In Options

Returning customers sign in via phone (SMS OTP) or email. The branded login page shows the Visionary Automotive logo and business identity.

3. Customer Portal Login — Phone Entry with SMS Consent

When the customer selects "Sign in with Phone," they enter their phone number and see the full SMS consent disclosure below the "Send Code" button before any verification code is sent.

Types of Messages

We send the following types of SMS messages:

  • One-Time Login Codes (2FA): Verification codes to securely access your customer portal account.
  • Service Status Updates: Notifications when your estimate is ready, work has started, your vehicle is ready for pickup, or an invoice is available.
  • Appointment Reminders: Reminders sent before your scheduled service appointment.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your service activity. You may receive multiple messages during an active service order (e.g., estimate approval, status updates, invoice). You will not receive messages outside of an active service interaction unless you request a login code.

How to Opt Out

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.

Rates & Charges

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Visionary Automotive does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier's standard messaging rates apply.

Privacy

Your phone number is used solely for the purposes described above. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.

Supported Carriers

Messages are supported on all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carrier delivery is not guaranteed.
